We always strive to meet our customers' demand for products, but occasionally items may be sold out. When this happens, you are welcome to contact us to inquire about restocking or similar products coming soon.

Products from by CIKIC are designed to last, and their beauty can be preserved even longer with proper care. Here are some tips on how to best take care of your clothing and extend its lifespan.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment through MobilePay, Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, and Mastercard.
Can I modify my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order is still at our warehouse, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When will I receive my order?
If you reside in Denmark, you will receive your order within one-three business days and three-six days within EU. Please note that exceptional circumstances may cause delivery delays.
What is the cost of shipping for my order?
We deliver to the entire EU. For shipping outside EU please contact us by e-mail.
Please note, delivery within EU is free of charge.
You are responsible for the return costs and the goods. As soon as we have received the product, the amount you paid will be refunded to you minus shipping costs (39 DKK for Denmark and 15 EUR for EU countries).
Does by CIKIC deliver to countries other than Denmark?
Yes, by CIKIC delivers to the entire EU. If you are from a country outside of EU, please contact us.
Can I return my purchase?
As a consumer, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. This means you have fourtee days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to email@example.com.
If you wish to return an item, you must use a return label, which you can create HERE. You can also have your label printed at the respective daoSHOP by providing the daoE-LABEL code from the link (possible only in Denmark).
Returns from EU countires - if you want to send products back to use please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you GLS return label.
As soon as we have received the product, the amount you paid will be refunded to you minus shipping costs.
Can I exchange my purchase for a different size?
If you need a different size, we kindly ask you to return your purchase and place a new order for the desired size.
