These terms and conditions apply when you shop with byCIKIC. Therefore, we recommend that you read them carefully before placing your order on our website.
By using our website, you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.

We accept the following means of payment:
MobilePay, Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa Electron and Mastercard.
All the listed prices for goods, delivery costs and other costs include taxes and value-added taxes (purchases within Europe).
Please note, creditcards issued outside of Europe may be charged a fee. The payment will not be debited before the product has been sent.
Costs relating to delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added to each order, read more under “Shipping”.
We reserve the right to change the prices without any notification due to rising prices or other changes.
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. The expected delivery time in Denmark is one-three working days, and within the EU delivery time is three-six working days for products in stock (we reserve the right to claim, that unintentional mistakes in terms of updated stocks on hand may occur). Products that are out of stock will have a longer delivery time. You may also find that during particularly busy periods and holidays, we may have a longer than expected delivery time for specific products.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Once your goods leave our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be debited on the selected payment service and sent by daoSHOP within Denmark and GLS within EU.
We deliver to the entire EU. For shipping outside EU please contact us by e-mail.
We offer delivery free of charge in Denmark and within EU.
You are responsible for the return costs and the goods. As soon as we have received the product, the amount you paid will be refunded to you minus shipping costs (39 DKK for Denmark and 15 EUR for EU countries).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods or fourteen days after the goods were delivered to a carrier pick-up point selected by you at the time of ordering.
In case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately (i.e. separate deliveries), the withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good or fourteen days after the last good was delivered to a carrier pick-up point selected by you at the time of ordering.
The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal to firstname.lastname@example.org before the withdrawal period has expired.
You cannot withdraw from this contract by refusing to receive the good without providing prior notice to us.
If your order consists of multiple goods, you will be able to withdraw a few but not all purchases, even though your order consisted of several goods.
Once you have notified us of the withdrawal, you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
If you refuse to receive an order, this will be characterized as an illegitimate return, and we will reserve the right to withdraw the return expenses from the refund to cover the costs of shipping.
You cannot return the product at our physical address.
Returns from Denmark - When you return an item, you need to fill out the return form which you will find HERE It is also possible to print the label in the respective daoSHOP, if you provide the daoE-Label code shown in the link (possible only in Denmark). If you use a company other than dao, please inform us at email@example.com. However, we strongly recommend you use our return label.
Returns from EU countires - if you want to send products back to use please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you GLS return label.
Make sure to keep the receipt of dispatch.
In the event of a return, all parts of the product must be sent back to us.
When you return a product to us, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged. You bear the risk of the product until we receive the product in hand (physical possession). We therefore recommend that you keep the receipt of dispatch.
You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the product caused by handling other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
If the value of the product has decreased, we will deduct the reduction in value from the purchase price you paid for the product before refunding the amount to you.
As soon as we have received the product, the amount you paid will be refunded to you minus shipping costs. The refund will be credited to the original payment.
If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, we kindly ask you to return the product and purchase a new one at our webshop.

We only receive products sent directly to this address.
A complaint regarding a defective product must be made directly to us at email@example.com within a reasonable time after you discover such defect. If you return a product within two month, the return will always be in reasonable time.
Complaints may be submitted within two years. Thereafter, all complaint rights expire, with the exception of an extended guarantee for a particular product.

In case we cannot reach a settlement through the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, you will have access to submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
Choice of law and jurisdiction
Any contracts concluded between us using these terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute which may arise in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark. As a consumer you may bring proceedings against us in the courts for the place where you are domiciled.

At byCIKIC data protection and confidentiality is a high priority.
The personal data collected by us include: Name, address, phone number and email address.
Personal data collected will only be used in connection to completion of orders at www.bycikic.com.
We will delete your personal data after five years. We collaborate with other companies who store data. The companies must solely make use of the data on our behalf in connection with your purchase.
We collaborate only with data processing companies in EU or other countries that can give you the correct data protection.
You are at any time entitled to be informed of the personal data about you that we process, but with certain legislative exceptions. You also have the right to object to the collection and further processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to have your personal data rectified, erased or blocked. Moreover, you have the right to receive information about you that you have provided to us, and the right to have this information transmitted to another data controller (data portability).
